Content Strategy & Pre-Production, Round 2 · The Prana Lounge × Megafon
Since the May 28 shoot we've posted 30 reels and run paid ads pulling a 3.78% click-through rate at $0.42 a click, well ahead of typical Meta benchmarks. Below: the full reel log, the ad numbers, and the plan for the next 36.

Since the May 28 shoot
All 30 reels, in order, nothing cherry-picked. The 9 most recent are still processing view counts on Instagram's side (their likes already outpace the view count shown, a platform lag, not a performance issue), so those rows show engagement only until the count catches up. Click any row to open the real post.

21 reels with fully-counted views: median 152, best 562 (Jun 12, barre class), 628 total likes, 94 comments. Steady, consistent, on-brand, exactly the base we're building round 2 on top of.
The ads are working
Live June 12–29, first read on the numbers.
247 of those clicks landed directly on the $10 booking page. Cheap, efficient traffic, right out of the gate. Round 2 gives us fresh creative to layer on top and start pushing cost-per-booking down further.
Audience research
Before we started working together, four of your own posts pointed at exactly where round 2 should go. We're using them as market research, not a scoreboard. Click any card to open the real post.
And it's already showing up in the current batch: "Flexibility is not the entry requirement" (Jul 3, the one post-shoot reel that reused the myth-reframe angle) is one of the top organic-copy posts since the shoot. That's the signal round 2 leans into on purpose.
The production system
Each format below is chosen because either your own data above, or a proven result on another Megafon account, already validates it. We don't name our other clients, but each of these is confirmed as a top-2 all-time outlier somewhere in our roster, across sports, medical, and financial coaching brands.
Two versions of you, same talent, shot separately, split-screened together with an AI clone pass. Old habit says the low-leverage line, you say the high-leverage fix, back and forth, no filler.
Silent, text-over-B-roll, 6–10 seconds. Not a new idea, it's literally your two best posts ever, deliberately repeated across the classes you don't market enough.
Straight to camera, HEIT structure: Hook, Explain, Illustrate, Teach. Mechanism over vibes, correcting a specific wrong belief every time.
Twelve each lets us A/B the formats over the batch. Whatever pulls hardest, round 3 leans into it.
Format 01
One talent, two takes: Before (the low-leverage habit everyone actually does) and After (the high-leverage yoga/Pilates fix), shot separately and split-screened together with an AI clone pass. It plays like a back-and-forth, but you never film it as a real conversation, both sides are solo, first-person lines that get cut together in the edit. Four examples below, fully scripted. Eight more topics to react to live on the call.
Before: "My shoulders have been up by my ears since 9am. That's just what a workday feels like."
After: "My shoulders have been up by my ears since 9am, so I'm doing chair pose for 30 seconds before I open my laptop again."
Before: "I'll stretch later, when I actually have time."
After: "I stretch now, for 30 seconds, because later never comes."
Before: "I just push through the tension until the day's over."
After: "I roll my shoulders back the second I notice it creeping up."
Before: "…wait, you just do that at your desk?"
After: "Thirty seconds. That's it."
CTA: Comment RESET and I'll send you the stretch.
Before: "I scroll for twenty minutes before bed to unwind."
After: "I lie in savasana for five minutes before bed, because scrolling isn't rest, it's just a different kind of input."
Before: "My brain needs the noise to shut off."
After: "My nervous system needs quiet to actually shut off, not more screen."
Before: "I fall asleep with the phone still in my hand."
After: "I fall asleep because my body actually got the signal it's safe to."
Before: "…so scrolling isn't resting?"
After: "Not even close."
CTA: Follow for more of what actual rest looks like.
Before: "I'm not flexible, so yoga's not really for me."
After: "I wasn't flexible either, so I started, because flexibility is the result, not the entry fee."
Before: "I'll wait until I can touch my toes to try a class."
After: "I showed up before I could touch my toes. That's the whole point of showing up."
Before: "Everyone in there is probably way more bendy than me."
After: "Everyone in there started exactly where you are right now."
Before: "…so I don't need to be flexible first?"
After: "Nobody does. That's not how this works."
CTA: Comment FLEX and I'll tell you which class to start with.
Before: "I'll start taking care of myself once things calm down at work."
After: "I stopped waiting for things to calm down, because they don't, so I booked a class for this week instead."
Before: "I'll go once I have more time."
After: "I made fifty minutes. That's all it actually takes."
Before: "Maybe next month."
After: "Your first class is ten dollars. Not next month. This week."
Before: "…so there's never a perfect time?"
After: "Never. So stop waiting for one."
CTA: Tap below to grab your $10 first class.
Shoot note: you play both takes, same frame, same lighting, wardrobe swap between sides, split-screened in post with an AI clone pass. If you'd rather a second person play "Before," flag it and we'll cast for it.
Format 02
This is not a new idea, it's literally your two best posts ever, deliberately repeated across your under-marketed classes instead of happening once by accident. Silent, savable, text-over-B-roll, 6–10 seconds, no talking.
New footage, same proven hook. Slow push-in on a student mid-flow, warm light, soft focus. This exact line already did 24.3K views once; it can do it again.
Restorative pose over a bolster, candlelight, eyes closed, 6–8s hold, top-down angle.
Two-shot contrast: tense seated posture dissolving into an open chest-opener pose, same frame.
Studio beauty shot, mats laid out, warm light, slow pan, end card with the $10 first-class CTA.
Format 03
Direct extension of your pre-Megafon outlier, "Yoga is often misunderstood," and the mechanic behind your current post-shoot top performer, "Flexibility is not the entry requirement." Straight to camera, mechanism over vibes, HEIT structure: Hook, Explain, Illustrate, Teach.
Hook: "The number one thing keeping people out of my studio isn't money. It's this one myth."
Explain: People think they need to already be flexible to start yoga. That's like saying you need to already know how to swim before you take swim lessons.
Illustrate: Demo a beginner modification of a common pose, show exactly how accessible it is.
Teach: Flexibility isn't the entry requirement. It's the result. Show up as you are.
CTA: Comment FLEX and I'll tell you which class to start with.
Hook: "People think yoga is just stretching in a warm room. It's not, and here's the part nobody explains."
Explain: Yoga trains your nervous system as much as your body, it's a strength and regulation practice wearing a stretching costume.
Illustrate: Demo a pose that requires real strength, not just range of motion.
Teach: The nervous-system part is what actually changes your week, not just your hips.
CTA: Follow for more of what yoga actually is.
Hook: "If you're sore everywhere the next day, that doesn't mean class worked. Here's what actually does."
Explain: Soreness is a byproduct, not the goal, and pushing for it often means the form broke down somewhere.
Illustrate: Demo correct engagement vs. an overextended version of the same pose.
Teach: The goal is the right level of effort, not pain. That's what we coach for.
CTA: Comment FORM and I'll break down what to actually feel for.
Hook: "People think rest days are for people who can't hack it. It's actually the opposite."
Explain: Adaptation happens in the recovery, not the workout itself, skipping rest is what actually stalls progress.
Illustrate: Cut to a restorative class, candlelight, stillness, slow breath.
Teach: Rest is where the change actually happens. That's not a day off, that's the work.
CTA: Follow for the stuff people skip that actually matters.
Before we shoot
Four quick things and we're rolling. Bring these to the call.
You already proved the ceiling before we ever showed up. Now we build the system that hits it on purpose.
